It’s been 50 years since we all fell for the Beatles. Friday, February 7, marks the 50th anniversary of the Beatles’ landing at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, their first visit to the U.S. Two days later, on February 9, 1964, they made their U.S. television debut on the Ed Sullivan Show, attracting 73 million viewers. From their mod suits to their moptop hair, from the guitars and drums to the screams of thousands of girls, Beatlemania electrified the U.S.A.
