The original Cleveland Euclid Beach carousel has been restored. To house it, a special round glass “jewel box” extension is being built as an addition to the WRHS History Center in Cleveland. The 1910 carousel will be spinning again by 2013. I have worked on this project for many years and dug the first shovelful of dirt at the ground-breaking ceremony on April 17, 2012. Thank you so much for working to restore a carousel…carousels have always been magical to me. Gorgeous, joyful…transport into fairy tales and legend for just a few minutes…
