If you’re hunting for World Series or All-Star Game ticket stubs, buy a complete stub, not one that’s been improperly torn from the ticket. Collectors looking for full value want tickets neatly torn at the perforation (a common ticket feature after World War II), or prewar tickets neatly torn in half. Most stubs are labeled “rain check.”
