Old papers and documents kept in a box can be kept from yellowing by including a 3M anti-tarnish strip in the box.

Changes in temperature may bother a grandfather clock. An inside corner is the best place for a clock. Be sure it is level.

Do not use soap on the bottom of sticking drawers. Eventually it will become sticky. Use paraffin wax.

Having trouble removing a ring that’s too tight? Spray it with liquid window cleaner. It lubricates and cleans the ring at the same time.
