Holt Howard Pixies

 

The Holt Howard Pixie bowl is sometimes crazed even though the lid is perfect. The color of the stripes on the bowl always matches something on the lid, like a hairbow. The stripes are always vertical on Holt Howard pieces. Horizontal stripes are used on similar pieces that are “knock-offs,” made in the 1950s to 1970s.
