There's no state quite like Florida when it comes to souvenirs. The tourist industry there began in the 1890s, boomed in the 1950s and thrives today. Most people who visit the Sunshine State's beaches or amusement parks take home something to remember their visit-anything from a tacky plastic alligator to a Highwayman painting.
