Have no idea !! More info would help !! Size,, where did you get it,,is anything written on it,, patent date ect !!
Could be a circuit tester of some sort !!
Boyfriend found them not sure where but there about 4 to 5 inches long and are about as big around as a Crayola marker they come apart not the weird thing is there’s a piece of wood as the insulator. Seems really unsafe to me theres a number printer on one side and a number printer on each individual part I’ll upload more pics
