It will not let me upload a photo no matter the size.  It is a bronze art nouveau table candle holder of Medusa with a coiled snake.  The back is engraved with a reverse swastika. In the top left is C, top right is an M or H, bottom left is B and bottom right is 99.  I am so sorry a cannot get any size photo to upload.  I have had other metal groups try to research and no one has ever seen anything like it.  Til I met someone in the group had the wall candle holder.  He has had it for years and gave up trying to figure it out.  Let me know if I can send photos a different way.  Thank you!
