As to your painting,, Nothing turned up for Ned Brown related to painting or art in general !! That means he was not a professional and likely was just a wanna-be artist !! The painting is OK but nothing exceptional !! The COA that you have only means that he is the person who painted this picture and is pretty much worthless as far as sales go because the artist had no sale record !! I paint and have taught art so I am pretty familiar with art and many artists !! If you are planning to buy art as investment or re-sale just google the artists name !! If nothing comes up,, don`t buy it unless you intend to keep the painting for yourself !! An unknown artist has no re-sale value !!
posted the pics you requested please let me know if you can find this artist or know anything about him I’ve gone everywhere and every database that I know of and I can’t find him
