Item is all one piece(hat is not a lid) and is 12 1/2 inches tall.It has comedy drama faces with 3D noses.The bottom is open with two notches or a slot? There are no identifying marks.:huh: Anyone have any idea what it is? Thank you for your valuable time. It is ceramic and I think it is too tall to be a lid.Yet, I really don’t know. Thank you for looking and thinking:dry: , Teresa

It looks like it fit into something else, due to the notch on the bottom. Could it be a top to a cookie jar, or teapot? Can you tell what the material is?
