These were found in on of my relative’s belongings after passing away. He was a military vet. not sure what branch. They are of two different materials, brass and something silvery. I can find all kinds of military jewelry that has an eagle and e pluribus Unum inscribed on them but nothing close to these. They look like something a federal civil servant would receive after serving say 10 then 20 years.
