Wish I could help but this is out of my league !! It is marked with the 800 purity for sterling in Italy !! I would take it to a reputable jeweler for a value !! Just make sure it is a good honest jeweler !! Some will lower the value and offer to buy it !! Don`t sell it till you know the maker !! I do not know this one but has fine quality jewelry !!
