Degue is a signature acid-etched on pieces of French glass made beginningabout 1925. The company that used the Degue signature was the Cristalleries de Compiegne, which used it on cameo glass from 1926 to 1939. Cameo, mold blown, and smooth glass with contrasting colored rims are the types most often found. The factory closed in 1939.
