D'Argental is a mark used in France by the Compagnie des Cristalleries de St. Louis. The firm made multilayered, acid-cut cameo glass in the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Cameo glass was made with the D'argental mark from 1919 to 1925. D'Argental is the French name for the city of Munzthal, home of the glassworks. Later they made enameled etched glass.
