Ridgway Hawthornden Plate
Q: Can you tell me the age, rarity, and value of this plate? The transfer print on the front is a bit off . I found this in the attic of the house we bought 20 years ago. The diamond-shaped mark has the number “18” at the top, the letter “J” on the right, “H” on the bottom, and number “11” at the left side. It says “Hawthornden” in the banner above the mark. The bow and arrows mark says “Ridgway.”
