Floor Vase

Q: My husband inherited a floor vase from the 1800s from his great-grandfather. It’s over 3 feet tall and weighs about 75 pounds. There are no markings on the base. It’s hand-painted and signed by the artist, F. Luttgenau. I have researched that name and found he was associated with Royal Bonn, but this vase does not have the Royal Bonn mark. Can you tell me anything about it?
