“Sneakerheads” have a new record price to shoot for. Michael Jordan’s Olympic shoes auctioned for $190,372.80, setting a new record for the highest price paid for a pair of game-used sneakers. The Converses were worn in the final basketball game of the 1984 Olympics which was won by the United States team over Spain. The shoes were saved by the ball boy who got them signed by Jordan in the locker room. The shoes were auctioned with a letter of authenticity.
