You know that old “point and shoot” digital camera that you (or your parents) used in the early 2000s? They were the height of technology — until they weren’t. Now those cameras, such as the Olympus FE0230, a 7.1 megapixel, silver digital camera made in 2007, are all the rage. Teenagers are finding those old cameras in basements and in baggies filled with old electronics in thrift stores and flea markets. They are using them at dances and social events and posting the pictures on social media sites like Instagram and TikTok. On TikTok, the hashtag #digitalcamera has 184 million views. Because of their popularity, the digital cameras and their accessories are selling  again on Amazon, eBay and Mercari, popular online shopping sites. A vintage 2007 Olympus is selling from about $25 to $188.
