'whatisitwednes day' runs from Wednesday to Wednesday... a new 'item/answer' on Wednesday...the n next Wednesday you get the 'answer/'item', etc.... therefore the answer was given by Kovels today... check out:

It looks to be a syrup dispenser made of leaded glass or crystal with either a silver plated or sterling top.

part of a candle heated creamer tea set. This is the creamer plus it also has other uses as noted.
