I want to say a petrified frog "frog', but I'll say cast iron flower frog. Love it!

A 'frog' made out of ceramics, glass or other heavy material, is used to hold and support cut flowers in low bowls. In 'Japanese style' arrangements the decorative "frog" can become part of the artist piece. In other arrangements, plain 'frogs' might be hidden under the flowers and greenery.

You got it! It's a Japanese “flower frog” (shaped like a frog) made to hold flowers in an arrangement, iron.

It must be a flower frog - I've seen the glass ones but not a metal flower frog shaped like a frog.

It looks like a quartz, or marble, flower arranger frog.
