The French-influenced Victorian furniture of the Rococo Revival included highly ornamented, curved pieces with rococo lines, C & S scrolls, and carved flowers, grapes, and leaves. The style was influenced by eighteenth-century designs popular when Louis XV reigned. Cabriole legs, French scroll feet, oval-backed chairs, and white marble tabletops appeared.
