Wedgwood

Wedgwood is one of the most famous and important English pottery factories. Josiah Wedgwood came from a family of potters, but his brother did not want him in the family business, possibly because he was physically disabled. Josiah went into partnership with several other men after 1752 and invented many types of pottery and glazes.
