An antique store in New York City that has been selling elephant ivory art for years did not renew their license to sell the ivory after the law changed in 2014. It restricted sales to 100-year old ivory or pieces with less than 20 percent ivory. Undercover officers from the Department of Environmental Conservation found $4.5 million worth of ivory and the owners of the store were indicted.
