Floor Lamps

Floor lamps are coming back in popularity because modern houses need directed lighting. There are antique lamps with fancy brass stands and brown mica shades, popsicle stick folk art lamps, and a wide range of modern shapes from the 1950s to today. Many 20th-century lamps are still being made by the original companies. Look at flea markets, house sales, and auctions. They sell quickly. Replace the cord if it isn’t in excellent shape. Cut or frayed cords can cause fires.
