Stretch Out Discussions are held periodically to provide education and learning opportunities to all who are interested in learning about American Iridescent stretch glass. The Discussions are conducted via conference call technology with photos of the stretch glass being discussed available at www.stretchglasssociety.org. Discussions are led by stretch glass experts and researchers including Cal Hackeman, Kitty & Russell Umbraco, Dave Shetlar, Sarah Plummer and others.
The April Stretch Out Discussion will be April 9th on Stretch Glass in the 21st Century. This next Stretch Glass discussion will be different than any other, for it won’t be a technical discussion of the glass in the photos. You will see how we can incorporate the stunning, iridescent early and late period stretch glass into our lives with entertaining, decorating of our homes and using stretch glass for the holidays.
