Weird “Whatsit”
Q: I can’t seem to find anything about this item. The frame is metal. Numbers 1 through 10 at the bottom and 10 through 100, by tens, at the top, are on a wooden strip. The only other marking is “S-W.” The red and white knobs slide on the metal loops. It’s 2 feet high. It was nailed to the wall in an attic in a 100-year-old house. What is it?
