Q: In 1879, when my wife’s grandmother was a child, her family moved from Pennsylvania to Ohio and brought this Waterbury clock with them. The clock is identified as a “Steamer” model in the 1891 Waterbury catalog. It appears to be in good condition, but we have never tried to wind it. We haven’t found any jeweler, dealer or auctioneer who has ever seen a similar model. Can you help us establish a value?
