Antique Binoculars?
Q: Can you help identify these antique binoculars? I was told they were used during the Civil War and the name on the case was the person in the war. Some of the letters are missing. It looks like it could be Paul A. Shoen. I can’t make out what exactly it says before Paul or the ending of the long last name. The initials “MS” are engraved on the binoculars. Do you know what I have? Is it common to see initials?
