Zane

Zane

Zane Pottery was founded in 1921 by Adam Reed and Harry McClelland in South Zanesville, Ohio, at the old Peters and Reed Building. Zane pottery is very similar to Peters and Reed pottery, but it is usually marked. The mark for Zane pottery was usually an impressed logo that includes the word Zane. The factory was sold in 1941 to Lawton Gonder. For more information, explore our identification guides for American art pottery and its makers
