Hutschenreuther

Hutschenreuther Porcelain Factory was founded by Carolus Magnus in Hohenburg, Bavaria, in 1814. A second factory was established in Selb, Germany, in 1857. The company made fine quality porcelain dinnerwares and figurines. The mark changed through the years, but the name and the lion insignia appear in most versions. Hutschenreuther became part of the Rosenthal division of the Waterford Wedgwood Group in 2000. Since 2000, Hutschenreuther is a Rosenthal trademark for the porcelain and bone china. Rosenthal became part of the Arcturus Group in 2009. For more information, explore our identification guides for German porcelain and European dinnerware
