Arts & Crafts

Arts & Crafts

Arts & Crafts was a design style popular in American decorative arts from 1894 to 1923. In the 1970s collectors rediscovered Mission furniture, art pottery, metalwork, linens, and light fixtures from this period. The interest continued. Today everything from this era is collectible, including jewelry, graphics, silverware, and even houses. It was an international movement. Some of the most famous artists are William Morris, John Ruskin, Gustav Stickley, and Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Additional items may be found in the Furniture category and other categories.
