	Queen Victoria Jubilee Plate Q. I recently bought this plate in an antiques mall. In the center is a portrait of Queen Victoria and the dates 1837-1887. Around the portrait are the names of these countries: England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, India, Cape Colony, Australasia, and Canada. The flowers around the rim of the plate include roses, thistles, and shamrocks. Please tell me about it.
