I will be contacting Cincinnati Art and Museum to see if they know anything about this picture that was printed by Art Publishers in Cincinnati. I have searched online and cannot find any information about this publisher and the Miss Murray they printed. The frame itself is very old but I have no idea how old. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I tried to upload a couple pics of the picture and frame but says too large. Back to the drawing board lol
