Poole Pottery

Poole Pottery was started by Jesse Carter in 1873 in Poole, England. The company specialized in architectural ceramics. In 1908 the company was incorporated as Carter and Company. In 1920 it became Carter & Co. The name Poole Pottery Ltd. Was taken in 1963. The company is still in business.
