Terra-cotta |
|
|
Terra-cotta is a special type of pottery. It ranges from pale orange to dark reddish-brown in color. The color comes from the clay, which is fired but not always glazed in the finished piece. The Royal Copenhagen factory began a line of terra-cotta figures in the 1950s.
