Kenton Hills Pottery in Erlanger, Kentucky, made artwares, including vases and figurines that resembled Rookwood, probably because so many of the original artists and workmen had worked at the Rookwood plant. Kenton Hills opened in 1939 and closed during World War II. Many of the Kenton Hills pieces are bowls, candlesticks, dishes, and vases with glossy or matte glazes.
