Fenton Art Glass Company, founded in Martins Ferry, Ohio, by Frank L. Fenton, is now located in Williamstown, West Virginia. It is noted for early carnival glass produced between 1907 and 1920. Some of these pieces are listed in the Carnival Glass category. Fenton sold copies of original Westward Ho frosted glass in the 1960s and '70s. They continue to produce older patterns today. Many other types of glass were also made. Spanish Lace in this section refers to the pattern made by Fenton. As of 2011, Fenton family members were working with over 100 employees to create new patterns, colors, and hand-painted decorations.
