I sold a similar one last year at auction for $1000.
Even though your is not a 18th century one they are still doing well- minor chip should not hurt. Most of the porcelain at high end auctions have had restoration at some point as most pieces were used, unless its a major fix then that kills it.

That looks alot like one with the same mark that went to auction for 1000-1500 estimate for a pair 4 yrs ago.
