I have a C. Tielsch & Co. bowl I picked up at an estate auction. It has the rarer blue mark with the green "Made in Germany" combination and is also marked with R 1 of 4 on it. Just wondering if anyone would know the value. Here are some pics:

I was also wondering if the R 1 of 4 means this is one of four that were ever made or if it's one of four of a set.

it's hard to tell the size of bowl or if it's trimmed in gold some of these bowls are selling good on e-bay. Look under sold items. One on there looks like your's sold for $40.00, some for $10.00 so it's hard to give a value. Kovel's price guides are not much help. Don't know what R I of4 is Could be one of four like a berry set or for condiment's.
