i have a plate that has a mark with crown, shield with eagle, horizontal stripes under the eagle. eagle and strips are in an egg shape oval with the word prussia underneath. the plate is pastel green with painted pink roses and gold leafed leaves

Mark used by the factory of Erdmann Schlegelmilch from the town of Suhl in Thuringia/Germany. See http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/thuringia/suhl_1/00.php ... your mark is Image 1-29 on that page.
