I'm new to the forum so, Hello, and on to business :{)=

I found this lovely little lidded jar the other day but for the life of me I can't figure out who made it. I'm reasonably sure I have seen the mark before but I can't remember where. The jar itself is cobalt blue, cylindrical, about 4" tall x 3" wide and has gold stars and white enamel circles inside concave round dimples around the entire circumference. I've attached a pic of the jar as well as the stamp.

If someone can identify this mark I would be very grateful.
