Please see pics, if anyone can tell me if this is real or fake I would very much appreciate it?

I will try my best. I have a book by Kovels that show 12 Theodore Haviland marks. There is one mark that is simular to your's even with the line under Theodore and the little dot above the e.The difference is all of the letters of his name is printed not written , by that I mean none of the letters join one another. I could be wrong but your's look like his name is written. None of my mark's show Patented applied for. I have lot's of Theo. Haviland and mine are stamped in a real pale green. I know there is also a lot of repo's out there. If it is real the date is 1903 where the line is under Theodore.
