I have a small tourquoise vase.The glass vase itself is irridesent glass,the outside has a opaque golden irridesent textured application with pieces of different colored glass arranged into the texture around the vase to resemble a vine of bright colored flowers.The vine is brown-threads.It has spots where the irridesent (Blue?) comes through as to hi-light.The pontil is ruff.There is a hand written signature etched on the bottom.I can not make out the signature.The design and applications resembleteuben,Lotez,Durand,Tiffany,Quezal...It is definate quality.(golden luster,gold irridescent,gold aurene w/millofiori?)HELP!
