New Santos Figures

Just in time for Easter, new santos figures, based on traditional New Mexican wood or ivory carvings of saints, are for sale in the Ballard Designs catalog (BallardDesigns.com). Most of the new figures are tabletop size, ranging from 15 to 17 1/2 inches tall. They sell for $39 to $119. A floor model santos, 33 3/4 inches tall, comes with removable metal wings and halo. Price: $199. The new figures are wood and resin.
