Buffalo Fire Corp brass fire extinguisher 3 Months, 4 Weeks ago

I have a Buffalo Fire Corp brass fire extinguisher. One quart hand fire extinguisher. Classification B2 C2 No. E-391398.
The powder inside is dry and can be heard moving as the extinguisher is moved. It has a flat bottom and stands upright on its own. Can't seem to find one like it on the internet. What can you tell me about it?
Thanks

Well it's is probably for household kitchen fire or a boat. I think in all states it is required by law for boats to have fire extinguishers on board. My 16 ft boat has a one quart fire ext. without one would result in a fine. If its not made of solid brass it is probably useless.
