I'm trying to identify a bracelet with a strech type metal band and a gold face type locket that opens. It has stamped on the underside of the band on a link The O.F.B. Co., the next link has CARMEN, and the next link has Made in the U.S.A. On the other end of the band it has D.E. LUKE stamped on a link. The band appears to be a ladies or childs as it is small in size and about a half inch wide. I would appreciate any info. on it as it was my grandmothers and possibly belonged to my greatgrandmother.
