American Dinnerware Pattern List
A list that complements our book, Kovels’ Depression Glass and Dinnerware Price List. The book pictures and prices hundreds of the most popular dinnerware patterns, but there are thousands more sought by collectors. This is a list of more than 2,300 patterns made between 1905 and 1970. To match a pattern, to determine a price, or to learn the age of a set of dishes, it can be important to identify the pattern name. The mark on the back is usually the manufacturer’s name, not the name of the pattern. Look up the name of the maker in our list, then search the listing for a description that fits your plate.
