Q: I found this paper ribbon honoring Abraham Lincoln inside a 19th-century Bible I bought in upstate New York about 12 years ago. I’ve never seen another like it. It’s 4 1/2 inches long and 1 3/8 inches wide. The words at the top say, “Fold back this flap and use for pinning to coat.” What is it and what would it sell for?
