Mammy Doll & Buggy

Q. I am told this pull toy is at least 150 years old. When you pull the string attached to the front of the buggy, the metal wheels turn and the mammy walks along “pushing” the buggy. The doll is 9 1/2 inches tall and is hinged at the hips so she can walk. What is this toy’s value?
