Clarification: In October we reported on problems of a new glass museum in Maine. An ongoing lawsuit is to determine if Dorothy-Lee Jones loaned or gave the glass to the museum. The courts will determine the legal owner. Jones hopes to win the lawsuit and reopen the old museum. As we said before, be careful if you entrust your collection to a museum. Be sure there are legal papers to clearly define the terms of a gift or loan.
